The Defcom Board of Directors have the skills and expertise essential for effective oversight in light of the company’s business requirements and strategy.
They participate on five committees — Audit, Compensation, Finance, Governance and Public Policy, and Special Activities — to provide responsible oversight across the company. The members of the three key committees — Audit, Compensation and Governance and Public Policy — are all independent directors.
